BATCHEN WATER BATH VAPORISERS are designed to meet relevant Australian pressure vessel and electrical standards and conform to the requirements of AS1596 L P Gas - Storage and Handling. Flameproof electrical design allows vaporisers to be installed close to storage tanks. |

SAFETY FEATURES
The water bath vaporiser uses water as a heat transfer medium, thus, creating a safe mode of heat transfer to vaporise LPG. Safety Features include:
Excess flow Valves
LPG Safety Relief Valves
Water Safety Relief Valve
In an event of a leakage from the LPG coils, a vapour detection vessel (VDV) consisting of a float switch to raises an audible alarm and shuts off vaporiser, remote hot water pumps and hot water heaters. The float switch shall be interfaced with site emergency shutdown system.
