In 1973, in order to meet the company's expanding need for highly developed metal fabrication and welding skills, Bo-Ema Pty Ltd (a machining and fabrication business) was acquired to supplement existing facilities.
From this base the company has developed another substantial area of activity in the design and fabrication of products involving the containment of high pressure gases and liquids, and agitators, shafts and mixing equipment for the mining and chemical industries. The common thread with the LP Gas Industry is the high standard of welding required. A major customer is SPX Process Equipment.
The containment and reticulation of LP Gas is a demanding undertaking and draws on many engineering disciplines. The company has developed an outstanding reputation for quality of workmanship, reliability and technical versatility.
